1.   Remind chaperones & students to bring plenty of water to drink if the weather is hot. The farm does not have water fountains.
2.   Ask each student teacher & chaperones to wear his/her sticker in a visible location. These stickers allow each person to enter the event without being stopped by our staff. Everyone must have an admission sticker to enter the event. Admission stickers are available for purchase at check-in for $12.00. No exceptions!
3.   Make copies of the Program Schedule and pass them out to all the teachers & chaperones. The schedule has all the show times and is very useful for organizing the day. You may pick up additional ones at check-in.
4.   Please turn in your pink check-in card upon arrival.
5.   Make copies of the directions map for the bus driver and any parents that may be driving. The biggest cause of late arrivals is lost bus drivers and parents.
6.   Remind students to bring a bag lunch with a disposable drink container. This is preferable to lunch boxes and thermoses which are often left behind at the Farm. You may also want to bring blankets to sit on.
7.   Remind students that they may bring extra money. We have items to purchase at our concession and souvenir stands.
8.   Remind students to dress appropriately for the weather (comfortable walking shoes or boots, raincoats, sweaters, etc.). This is an outdoor event so play clothes are recommended.
9.   Again, the farm does NOT have water fountains. Remind students to bring plenty of water to drink if the weather is hot.
